More importantly, there is no obligation to continue beyond your trial period. If you haven’t signed up for a paid plan before your 14 day free trial ends, we will terminate the bots in your account
Yes, we take care of everything for you! WEBS R US will setup a “Done-For-You” Chatbot on your website for a nominal, one-time setup fee of $220
Yes, we will give you a Chatbot suitable for your industry. As the Chatbot will be a DONE-FOR-YOU (Ready Made) one, we will change the company name, phone number, and basic additional information such as Company Logo, Special Offers, Images during the setup process.
Yes sure. In case you require complete customization, we will charge you the setup fee of $220 and additional $120+GST per hour to develop a personalized Chatbot for you.
You will be billed a subscription fee of $75 + GST per Chatbot, per month. Once the “setup” process is completed, you’ll be billed right away and that’s when your billing month starts. As there is no contract, you can cancel anytime. The monthly subscription amount is charged automatically on your card every month as long as your subscription is active.
Yes. There will a limit of maximum 250 “conversations” per month with the $75+GST subscription. A conversation occurs when a visitor interacts at least once with your chatbot.
Simply opening (or automatically loading) your chatbot does not count as a conversation.
Also, if your visitor opens your chatbot and then interacts with it multiple times, it only counts as one conversation.
We will let you know when you are about to exceed your monthly allocated “conversations” quota. When you reach your conversation limit, we do not charge for overage. Your chatbots become inactive until you upgrade.
You can upgrade to $120+GST per month subscription package where you will get 500 “conversations” per month. You can certainly downgrade at any time (pro rata basis).
